  3. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the Telecommunications Law.

II. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS

  1. Handling inquiries: Based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contact. Failure to provide data will make a response impossible.

  2. Analytics (Google Analytics): Based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., by changing the cookie banner settings).

  3. Security: Server logs (IP address, visit time) processed for the protection of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

III. GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND DATA TRANSFER (USA)

  1. We use tools provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data (including device type, activity) is collected, among others, in anonymized form (e.g., shortened IP address – IP masking).

  2. Data may be transferred to the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses or the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

IV. RECIPIENTS AND YOUR RIGHTS

  1. Recipients: the hosting provider domenomania.pl, Google Ireland Limited, and entities authorized by law.

  2. You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to object and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You have the right to withdraw any consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

V. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  1. Inquiries: For up to 2 years after the end of contact.

  2. Analytics: In accordance with the Google Analytics settings or until the withdrawal of consent.

VI. COOKIES

  1. Necessary (technical): Active based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (ensuring the proper functioning and security of the website).

  2. Analytical: Activated only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner.

  3. The Administrator does not use automated decision-making (profiling).
